The global network of academies of sciences, the InterAcademy Partnership (IAP), urges the countries to collaborate in sharing and using the accumulated factual information on COVID-19. It is obvious that this is beneficial to both technologically advanced and developing countries in managing the outbreak of COVID-19 and the outbreaks of other highly contagious diseases.
